Creamy Basil and Corn Ravioli
Ingredients
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1`Tbsp butter
- 2 ears corn, kernels removed
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup white wine
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add corn. Cook, stirring occasionally, until corn begins to brown. Stir in garlic.
- Add wine; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute. Add cream and mustard; simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened. Stir in basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss with hot pasta.
