Ingredients
- 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable brown rice
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup fresh salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Combine rice, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Divide lettuce among 4 bowls; top with rice mixture, chicken, cheese, salsa, avocado, and sour cream.
