Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fish with basil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook fish in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish; serve fish with sauce.

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 30 seconds. Gradually add spinach, 1 pkg at a time, and cook 2 minutes or just until wilted. Stir in salt and pepper.
