15-Minute Beefy Enchilada Nachos

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ½ cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles
  • ½ (11-oz) bag yellow corn tortilla chips
  • ½ (16-oz) container white cheese dip
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in enchilada sauce and chiles; cook until thoroughly heated.
  2. Arrange chips on a serving platter. Top with meat mixture.
  3. Heat cheese dip according to package directions; spoon over nachos. Sprinkle with cilantro and avocado.
