15-Minute Beefy Enchilada Nachos
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ cup enchilada sauce
- 1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles
- ½ (11-oz) bag yellow corn tortilla chips
- ½ (16-oz) container white cheese dip
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in enchilada sauce and chiles; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Arrange chips on a serving platter. Top with meat mixture.
- Heat cheese dip according to package directions; spoon over nachos. Sprinkle with cilantro and avocado.
