Horseradish-Garlic Sauce Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or just until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, and salt. Serve burgers on buns with horseradish sauce.

- ½ red onion, sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
