Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 ears corn, shucked
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined, cooked shrimp
  • ½ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli according to package directions; place in a bowl.
  2. Cut kernels from cobs, and add to broccoli along with shrimp, vinaigrette, and basil; toss. Season with pepper to taste.

  • ¾ tsp lemon zest
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
