Corn, Broccoli, and Shrimp Salad
Citrus Mango
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 3 ears corn, shucked
- 1 lb peeled and deveined, cooked shrimp
- ½ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; place in a bowl.
- Cut kernels from cobs, and add to broccoli along with shrimp, vinaigrette, and basil; toss. Season with pepper to taste.

- ¾ tsp lemon zest
- 1½ tsp lemon juice
