Tomato-Basil Tortellini Skillet
Garlic-Parmesan BreadIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24-oz) jar tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen tortellini
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in pasta sauce, broth, and tortellini; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until tortellini is tender.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (14-oz) loaf Italian bread, sliced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Stir together oil and garlic in a small bowl.
- Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet; brush with garlic oil. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until toasted.
