Italian Pesto Burgers
Roasted Lemon Broccoli
Ingredients
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 4 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp pesto
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle garlic salt on patties. Drizzle with vinegar, and rub in.
- Grill patties, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with tomato and cheese; grill 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.
- Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Place lettuce leaf on each plate. Top each with a burger and 1 Tbsp mayonnaise mixture.
