Fall Kale Salad with Chicken
Ingredients
- 10 cups chopped kale
- ¾ cup olive oil vinaigrette, divided
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled goat cheese
- 4 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Toss kale with 6 Tbsp dressing in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Add apple, cheese, and chicken to kale. Drizzle with 6 Tbsp vinaigrette, and sprinkle with nuts.
