Ingredients

  • 10 cups chopped kale
  • ¾ cup olive oil vinaigrette, divided
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled goat cheese
  • 4 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Toss kale with 6 Tbsp dressing in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Add apple, cheese, and chicken to kale. Drizzle with 6 Tbsp vinaigrette, and sprinkle with nuts.
