15-Minute Bacon Wrapped Beef Patties
Buttered Green Beans and Mashed PotatoesIngredients
- 4 slices fully cooked bacon
- 4 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Wrap 1 strip of bacon around the edge of each patty and secure with a wooden pick.
- Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes; flip to the other side, and spread tops with ketchup mixture.
- Cook 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam beans according to package directions; toss with butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions.
