Salmon with Rosemary-Mustard Butter

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Combine butter, mustard, and rosemary; spread over salmon. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.

- 1 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long-grain and wild rice
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave rice according to package directions; toss with 2 tsp oil and thyme.
- Cook green beans according to package directions; toss with 1 tsp oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
