Grilled Flank Steak
Grilled Corn, Tomato, Herb Toss
Ingredients
- ½ lb flank steak, trimmed
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub steak with oil. Combine salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano; rub over both sides of steak.
- Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 8 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing across the grain.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 ears corn
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub corn with ½ Tbsp oil; lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, 8 to 10 minutes until corn is tender and charred, turning occasionally.
- Remove kernels from corn, discarding cobs. Toss together corn kernels, tomatoes, basil, and ½ Tbsp olive oil in a serving bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste.
