Ingredients

  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ tsp lemon juice
  • 2 oz sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 6 oz low-sodium deli-sliced roast beef (see Note)
  • 1 small avocado, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Cut cheese into 8 pieces.
  2. Top lettuce leaves with mayonnaise mixture, cheese, roast beef, and avocado.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Drizzle dressing over cucumber; season with pepper.
