Sizzling Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp ancho chile powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 (16-oz) pkg corn tortillas
- 1 (7.5-oz) bottle salsa verde
- 1 (10-oz) container pico de gallo
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
Instructions
- Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Rub with garlic, ancho chile powder, and cumin; cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and done.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions; serve chicken in warm tortillas with salsa verde, pico de gallo, and coleslaw.
