Cheesy Baked Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 (8.8-oz) box stand 'n stuff taco dinner kit
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 (20-oz) can refried black beans
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stand up taco shells in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; set aside.
  2. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in water and seasoning packet from kit. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is very thick.
  3. Spread about 2 Tbsp beans in bottom of each taco shell. Top with beef mixture and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and taco shells are browned.
  4. Top with lettuce, taco sauce from kit, sour cream, and tomatoes.
