Cheesy Baked Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 (8.8-oz) box stand 'n stuff taco dinner kit
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup water
- 1 (20-oz) can refried black beans
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stand up taco shells in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; set aside.
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in water and seasoning packet from kit. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is very thick.
- Spread about 2 Tbsp beans in bottom of each taco shell. Top with beef mixture and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and taco shells are browned.
- Top with lettuce, taco sauce from kit, sour cream, and tomatoes.
