Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops
Grilled Asparagus with Blue Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 bone-in center cut pork loin chops
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbsp unsulphured molasses
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Place pork in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag. Combine soy sauce, water, molasses, and rosemary; pour over pork in bag. Seal and chill 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill pork, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until pork is done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 oz blue cheese, crumbled
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; transfer to a platter, and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
