Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in center cut pork loin chops
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp unsulphured molasses
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place pork in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag. Combine soy sauce, water, molasses, and rosemary; pour over pork in bag. Seal and chill 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
  3. Grill pork, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until pork is done.

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; transfer to a platter, and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
