Strawberry-Avocado Toast
Greek Yogurt-Topped BerriesIngredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 avocados
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 4 (1-oz) slices whole-grain bread, toasted
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Mash avocados using a fork to desired consistency in a bowl; stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt.
- Spread avocado over toasts; top with berries and cheese, and drizzle with glaze. Sprinkle with basil.

- ½ (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
- 1 (11-oz) pkg blueberries
- ¾ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
Side Dish Instructions
- Divide berries among 4 serving bowls; top with yogurt, and drizzle with honey.
