Barbecue Beef Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp garlic paste
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- ½ (14.5-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 avocados, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook beef and onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is browned and crumbly. Add garlic paste; cook 1 minute.
- Stir in barbecue sauce; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Spread chips on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Top with beef mixture and cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with avocados.
