Sweet Potato FriesIngredients
- 4 slices center cut bacon, halved
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 slices Italian bread
- 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
- Divide bacon, tomato, and cheeses between 2 bread slices. Sprinkle with seasoning; top with 2 bread slices.
- Cook sandwiches in hot oil in large skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.

- ⅓ (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Keep remaining fries frozen for another meal.
