Dark Chocolate-Dipped Figs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 4 figs, halved
  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup granola, broken into small pieces
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 9-inch square pan with foil. Microwave chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH until melted, stirring at 30-second intervals.
  2. Dip figs halfway into chocolate; sprinkle with nuts, coconut, granola, and salt.
  3. Place coated figs in prepared pan, and chill 10 to 15 minutes or until chocolate is hardened. Store figs in an airtight container in refrigerator.
