Dark Chocolate-Dipped Figs

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 4 figs, halved
- ⅓ cup chopped pistachios
- ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup granola, broken into small pieces
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square pan with foil. Microwave chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH until melted, stirring at 30-second intervals.
- Dip figs halfway into chocolate; sprinkle with nuts, coconut, granola, and salt.
- Place coated figs in prepared pan, and chill 10 to 15 minutes or until chocolate is hardened. Store figs in an airtight container in refrigerator.
