Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil (or use 2 Tbsp melted butter)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (24-oz) bottle syrup
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 pkg granola (any type)
Instructions
- Stir together pancake mix, oil, and water in a bowl. Stir in pumpkin, sugar, and cinnamon until blended.
- For each pancake, drop batter by ¼ cupfuls onto a greased, hot griddle. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges look dry. Turn and cook 1 minute or until golden brown.
- Serve pancakes with syrup and melted butter. Sprinkle with granola.

Side Dish Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain.
