15-Minute Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Skillet
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag brown rice
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, cook rice and broccoli according to package directions. Add broccoli and soup to skillet with chicken; cook 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
