Asian Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken wings
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until chicken is done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Add cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, and green onions; toss.
