Ingredients

  • Reserved chili (from Beef and Bean recipe)
  • 6 (1-oz) individual-size bags nacho cheese Doritos
  • 1 (8-oz) bag shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Warm chili in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Place each bag of chips on its side in a shallow bowl. Cut bags open from the side; gently break up chips into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Top chips with chili, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream.
