Yummy Mummy Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg whole-wheat sandwich thins
  • 1 (15-oz) can pizza sauce
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup miniature pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Separate sandwich thins, and place, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Spread desired amount of pizza sauce over each round.
  4. Cut each mozzarella cheese slice into thin strips. Arrange strips in a mummy pattern over sauce, leaving a small space for "eyes" at the top.
  5. Arrange pepperoni "eyes" over cheese.
  6. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
