Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless center cut pork loin chops
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 slices center cut bacon, chopped
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp Ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done; remove pork from skillet. Keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
  3. Combine cream cheese, bacon, ¼ cup Cheddar, and dressing mix. Spread mixture on pork; sprinkle with ¼ cup Cheddar. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated.

  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
