Ingredients
- ½ lb boneless center cut pork loin chops
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 slices center cut bacon, chopped
- 2 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tsp Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done; remove pork from skillet. Keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
- Combine cream cheese, bacon, ¼ cup Cheddar, and dressing mix. Spread mixture on pork; sprinkle with ¼ cup Cheddar. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated.

- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, sliced
- 3 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
