Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, grate 2 tsp zest and squeeze 2 Tbsp juice from lemon. Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, yogurt, cheese, and mayonnaise. Serve sauce with chicken.

- 8 oz orzo
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return orzo to pot. Add spinach, oil, and seasoning; stir until spinach wilts.
