Jack 'O Lantern Burgers
Skinny Fries and Green Grape EyeballsIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 large square slices American cheese or Cheddar cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Gently mix beef, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and salt in a bowl. Shape into 6 patties.
- Cook, in two batches if needed, in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Arrange burgers on a foil-lined pan. Cut out Jack 'O Lantern face on each slice of cheese using a paring knife. Place cheese on each burger. Bake 1 minute or just until cheese starts to melt but holds shape.
- Squirt ketchup on bottom buns. Serve cheeseburgers on buns.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen thin cut French fries
- Ketchup
- 1 lb seedless green grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Drizzle with ketchup on each plate.
- Meanwhile, separate grapes from stems. Wash grapes, and serve on each plate.
