Bacon-Ranch Chicken Sliders
Pineapple and Red GrapesIngredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 3 cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Coarsely crumble.
- Toss together chicken, bacon, cheese, and Ranch in a bowl. Mound chicken mixture onto each slider bun. Add a small amount of lettuce, if desired. Serve 2 sliders per person.

- 1 (1.25-lb) container pineapple
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut up pineapple into bite-size pieces. Toss with grapes. Serve on each plate.
