Bacon-Ranch Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon
  • 3 cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Coarsely crumble.
  2. Toss together chicken, bacon, cheese, and Ranch in a bowl. Mound chicken mixture onto each slider bun. Add a small amount of lettuce, if desired. Serve 2 sliders per person.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (1.25-lb) container pineapple
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cut up pineapple into bite-size pieces. Toss with grapes. Serve on each plate.
