Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • ½ (22-oz) pkg frozen diced cooked chicken breasts, thawed
  • ½ (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
  • ½ (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing, divided
  • 2 to 3 burrito-size flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Stir together chicken, bacon, cheese, and ¼ cup dressing. Spread over one side of each tortilla. Fold tortilla in half.
  2. Cook quesadillas in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until tortillas are lightly browned and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve with additional dressing.

  • ½ (8-oz) container prepared guacamole
  • ½ (16-oz) container fresh salsa
  • ½ (12-oz) bag tortilla chips

Side Dish Instructions
