Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Quesadillas
Guacamole and Salsa with Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- ½ (22-oz) pkg frozen diced cooked chicken breasts, thawed
- ½ (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
- ½ (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing, divided
- 2 to 3 burrito-size flour tortillas
Instructions
- Stir together chicken, bacon, cheese, and ¼ cup dressing. Spread over one side of each tortilla. Fold tortilla in half.
- Cook quesadillas in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until tortillas are lightly browned and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve with additional dressing.
