Walnut-Crusted Tilapia
Maple-Bacon Green BeansIngredients
- 1 cup walnut halves
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 6 (6-oz) tilapia fillets
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Pulse nuts, panko, and seasoning in a food processor until mixture resembles fine crumbs; set aside.
- Place fish on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
- Sprinkle nut mixture over fish, pressing to adhere.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 4 slices bacon
- 1½ lb green beans, trimmed
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp; drain, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Sauté green beans and onion in hot drippings 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in syrup, rosemary, and salt. Sprinkle with bacon.
