Garlic Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 (6-oz) thick cut, bone-in pork chops
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary (or use 2 tsp dried)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season pork lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir together melted butter, garlic, and rosemary. Cook pork in hot oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Turn pork, and brush with half of butter mixture.
  3. Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Brush with remaining butter mixture, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Sauté green beans, oil, salt, pepper, and nuts in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender and nuts are toasted.
