Tuscan Garlic Butter Chicken
Buttery Linguine
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ⅓ cup white wine
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 cups baby spinach
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook chicken, in batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done. Remove chicken from skillet, and set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet; add garlic, onion, and wine. Simmer over medium-high heat until fragrant. Reduce heat to low, and add cream. Return to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, spinach, and cheese.
- Add cooked chicken back to skillet, and spoon sauce over each chicken breast. Serve over Buttery Linguine recipe.

- 8 oz linguine
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions. Toss with butter, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt until butter melts. Serve hot.
