Chicken Finger Nachos
Ingredients
- ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Southwest seasoning
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
- ½ (4.5-oz) pkg crumbled bacon
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
- ¼ cup fresh salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together chicken, oil, and seasoning; arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Arrange chicken in center of pan to resemble nachos; sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
