Chicken Finger Nachos

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Southwest seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
  • ½ (4.5-oz) pkg crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
  • ¼ cup fresh salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together chicken, oil, and seasoning; arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
  2. Arrange chicken in center of pan to resemble nachos; sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
