Crunchy Chili Dog Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (15-oz) can chili without beans
  • 1 (8-count) pkg hot dogs, sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups corn chips
  • ¼ cup diced onion (optional)
  • ½ cup yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll dough onto a large pizza pan; bake 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
  2. Spread chili on partially-baked crust. Top with hot dogs and cheese; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with corn chips and, if desired, onion. Serve with mustard for dipping.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • ¾ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (3-oz) pkg French fried onions

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cut lettuce into 6 wedges, and place each wedge on a plate.
  2. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with tomatoes and onions.
