Chicken Salad-Brown Rice Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable brown rice
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups red grapes (any color)
- 1½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
- ½ cup light balsamic vinaigrette
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes or until brown and fragrant.
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
