Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups angel hair coleslaw
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded carrots
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lime juice, oil, fish sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a small. Combine cabbage and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss dressing with salad.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 4 oz pretzel crisps (about 44 crisps) 
  • ½ cup plain hummus

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve pretzel crisps with hummus.
