Thai Chicken Salad
Pretzel Crisps and HummusIngredients
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups angel hair coleslaw
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1½ cups shredded carrots
- 4 green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, oil, fish sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a small. Combine cabbage and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss dressing with salad.
