Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 (1-oz) slices sandwich bread (preferably whole wheat)
  • ½ lb sliced low-sodium honey roasted turkey breast
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread on 4 bread slices. Top with turkey, tomatoes, spinach, and remaining bread slices.
