Ham-and-Cheese Pretzel Stackers
Grape-and-Strawberry Skewers with DipIngredients
- ½ lb deli-sliced low-sodium ham
- 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat provolone cheese, cut into quarters (or use Cheddar)
- ½ (7.2-oz) pkg pretzel crisps
Instructions
- Cut ham into pieces about the same size as cheese.
- Pack ham and cheese with pretzel crisps.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 4 oz ⅓-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp 1% low-fat milk
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries
- 1½ cups seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Thread strawberries and grapes alternately onto wooden skewers.
- Pack dip in small containers with skewers.
