Ingredients

  • ½ lb deli-sliced low-sodium ham
  • 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat provolone cheese, cut into quarters (or use Cheddar)
  • ½ (7.2-oz) pkg pretzel crisps

Instructions

  1. Cut ham into pieces about the same size as cheese.
  2. Pack ham and cheese with pretzel crisps.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 4 oz ⅓-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1½ Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp 1% low-fat milk
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries
  • 1½ cups seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Thread strawberries and grapes alternately onto wooden skewers.
  3. Pack dip in small containers with skewers.
