Tuna-and-Grape Salad on Wheat Buns

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • Grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • ¾ tsp pepper
  • 2 (12-oz) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 6 (1.5-oz) whole-wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper in a large bowl. Add tuna, celery, and grapes; toss.
  2. Place ½ cup lettuce on bottoms of buns; top with tuna mixture. Cover with bun tops.

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
  • 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine fries and rosemary.
