Tuna-and-Grape Salad on Wheat Buns
Rosemary Sweet Potato FriesIngredients
- ¾ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- Grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
- ¾ tsp pepper
- 2 (12-oz) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 6 (1.5-oz) whole-wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper in a large bowl. Add tuna, celery, and grapes; toss.
- Place ½ cup lettuce on bottoms of buns; top with tuna mixture. Cover with bun tops.

- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
- 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
