Baked Penne with Sausage

Ingredients
- 12 oz whole-grain penne pasta
- 2 links Italian turkey sausage, casing removed
- 3 zucchini, chopped
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- 1 (24.5-oz) jar low-sodium marinara sauce
- ¾ cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage, zucchini, and basil; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until sausage is brown, stirring to crumble. Add marinara sauce.
- Toss pasta with sausage mixture and place in a baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
