Cheddar-Ranch Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 6 leaves lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in a large lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned and done. Stir in cheeses and dressing mix until blended.
  2. Serve chicken mixture on buns with bacon and lettuce.

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
  2. Toss with oil and seasoned salt.
