Easy General Tso's Chicken
Rice and Sesame Ginger Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg crispy popcorn chicken
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 (12.6-oz) bottle General Tso's sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Fry or bake chicken according to package directions; place in a large bowl.
- Steam broccoli in microwave according to package directions; add to chicken in bowl. Add General Tso's sauce; toss. Serve over rice; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 (8-oz) pouches microwavable long-grain white rice
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
- ¾ cup ginger salad dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Toss together lettuce, carrots, and dressing just before serving.
