Ingredients

  • 1 (2.25-oz) pkg slivered almonds
  • 2 (16-oz) pkg coleslaw mix
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breasts strips, chopped
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg diced mango
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup toasted sesame vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet; bake 8 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Toss together coleslaw mix, chicken, broccoli, mango, bell pepper, green onions, and nuts in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss.
