Sabra Classic Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (16-oz) cans vegetarian refried beans
- 2 Tbsp salt-free Mexican seasoning
- 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
- 2 cups freshly shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced into rings
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup refrigerated pico de gallo
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F; spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 30 seconds. Stir in beans and Mexican seasoning; cook until thoroughly heated. Spread bean mixture over crusts. Sprinkle with cheese and jalapeños.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and pico de gallo.
