Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (16-oz) cans vegetarian refried beans
  • 2 Tbsp salt-free Mexican seasoning
  • 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
  • 2 cups freshly shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced into rings
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup refrigerated pico de gallo

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F; spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 30 seconds. Stir in beans and Mexican seasoning; cook until thoroughly heated. Spread bean mixture over crusts. Sprinkle with cheese and jalapeños.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and pico de gallo.
