Easy Club Sandwich
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Cheddar cheese
- 1 (9-oz) pkg thinly sliced deli turkey
- 1 (9-oz) pkg thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ (10-oz) pkg coleslaw with carrots
Instructions
- Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and basil in a small bowl; spread on cut sides of bread.
- Layer sliced cheese, turkey, roast beef, bacon, and sliced tomato. Season lightly with salt and pepper; top with coleslaw. Place remaining bread on top, and slice to serve.
- For a hot sandwich, wrap sandwich in foil. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
