Easy Club Sandwich

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg coleslaw with carrots

Instructions

  1. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and basil in a small bowl; spread on cut sides of bread.
  2. Layer sliced cheese, turkey, roast beef, bacon, and sliced tomato. Season lightly with salt and pepper; top with coleslaw. Place remaining bread on top, and slice to serve.
  3. For a hot sandwich, wrap sandwich in foil. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
