Tomato, Basil, and Hummus Crostini

Ingredients
- ¾ cup olive tapenade hummus
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 12 oz multigrain loaf bread, cut into 12 slices and toasted (or use a French baguette, sliced)
- ¾ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- ¾ cup finely chopped red onion
- 4 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
Instructions
- Combine hummus, oil, and vinegar in a small bowl; spread on each bread slice. Top with remaining ingredients.
