Tomato, Basil, and Hummus Crostini

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup olive tapenade hummus
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 12 oz multigrain loaf bread, cut into 12 slices and toasted (or use a French baguette, sliced)
  • ¾ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • ¾ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 4 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved

Instructions

  1. Combine hummus, oil, and vinegar in a small bowl; spread on each bread slice. Top with remaining ingredients.
