15-Minute Italian Shrimp and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 5 oz fettuccine
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (0.7-oz) pouch Italian dressing mix
  • ½ lb peeled and deveined, wild-caught raw shrimp
  • ½ pint grape tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add dressing mix, stirring to combine.
  3. Add shrimp and tomatoes; cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and tomatoes are blistered. Serve over pasta.
