Middle Eastern Chicken Wraps
Seedless Grapes and Pita Chips
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp Za'atar seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (6-count) pkg Greek-style flatbread
- 1 (10-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Toss chicken with seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done.
- Warm flatbread according to package directions. Serve chicken in warm flatbread with hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
