Sausage and Spinach Dip Tortellini
Honey-Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated tortellini
- 1 (12-oz) pkg fully cooked Italian chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated spinach-artichoke dip
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in hot oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Add spinach dip, broth, and tomatoes; cook until thoroughly heated. Toss with hot pasta.
