Sausage and Spinach Dip Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated tortellini
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg fully cooked Italian chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated spinach-artichoke dip
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in hot oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Add spinach dip, broth, and tomatoes; cook until thoroughly heated. Toss with hot pasta.
